Welcome to the 2024 Hempfield Football and Cheer Registration with Hempfield Youth Football and Cheer!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account. You will also have the ability to pay offline.

Please have the following items prepared prior to registering. 

-Insurance Information 

-Child's family doctor Information 

-Payment method (if paying online)

-Player's/Cheerleader's grade applies to their grade during the 2024/25 school year.

*Two important things to understand while registering. 

Football registrants. It is your choice to either pay online or bring a check to equipment distribution. If you pay online, there is a small transaction fee for each registrant. Second, and VERY IMPORTANT, please print the Red Rose Player Contract with Physical acknowledgment attached below.  This form must be signed by a physician. Your child will not be able to practice without it. 

Cheerleading registrants.  Registration fee should be paid online (with a small processing fee).  If you are unable to make an online payment, please mail check payable to HAMS  on or before May 20, 2024 and mailed to: Carin Teise 6260 Jackson Drive East Petersburg, Pa 17520

Second, and VERY IMPORTANT, please print the Red Rose Cheerleading Contract in the Cheerleading Tryout Packet on this site.  In order to participate, this form must be signed by a physician and returned on the first day of summer practice.  No athlete will be able to participate without this form returned.  

If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a 50% discount on the 3rd (3rd + all additional children) registration fee. In order for the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your players are registered within the same order.
